Safety 1st. Baby Trend. Limited stock. Also with the vista, one is kind of low in the basket. Just my two cents. I just don't think the vista is as great for a double stroller. Most of my friends that have it ended up getting a side by side when no 2 came because the bigger kid didn't want to sit in the lower seat.

And kicking may or may not be an issue in any in line stroller. But the vista is an amazing single. That might help too. Good luck! My friend has the vista and she absolutely raves about it. She has a 3. She loves the basket underneath - tons of storage space, and both kids love the stroller! I like how the baby is up higher when they transition to the regular seat. I don't think it is compatible with a Britax.

The Vista does come with a bassinet- so you could just keep the baby in that til you start using the actual seat.. Or use the seat with the infant snuzzler thing or whatever it is called, and lay it flat. The UB Vista was a dream with my first baby!!! So glad we went with that one. I'm a little worried about it when the new baby comes, but we're gonna try to make it work. I'm worried about switching to the side by side double stroller because of how wide they are.

My mom is in a wheelchair and we have the toughest time getting her around in public, and sometimes she doesn't even fit through certain doors. I've heard so many great things about the stroller! Another reason I don't want a side by side is the undercarriage is so tiny!

That's been our only issue with our current stroller and I refuse to go down that road again! What are your reservations for it working as a double? That is the reason we are purchasing it We are between the baby jogger city select and ub vista. I didn't read every comment but yes you can get the Britax attachment. I love my Uppa but I don't use it as a double.

I was thinking I was going to purchase a double. My husband was like can't we just add a seat but not sure I love the configuration. I'm thinking city select. We didn't I had a peg perego. But my friend used a chicco adapter for the Britax. But again this was a few years ago. I've recently been looking at double strollers as well.
