File write xff from ascii-8bit to utf-8

Here's the stack-trace when I try to upload a small avatar named andrew. This is a bug in that project, though, so I'm closing this issue in paperclip. Thank you. I would say it's an issue with the future of this project if the functionality is a reliant on a gem that's not maintained. I got a problem using paperclip gem in rails. I got this param in my avatar ActionDispatch::Http::UploadedFile:0xf5f2bdafde0 that give me this error when i'm using json:. So anyone know what i have to do with this param? I tried to force encode it but it's not working any ideas?
